This warehouse covers an area of 8,800 square meters, with a warehouse height of 12 meters, 10,098 cargo spaces, and a unit load of 500kg.

Core equipment: 6 double-column stackers, 9 shuttle cars.

Inbound and outbound efficiency: Inbound efficiency 100 pallets/hour, outbound efficiency 100 pallets/hour.

Project results:

1. Intensive storage warehouse with stacker crane and shuttle car,significantly increase storage capacity and meet usage efficiency;

2. The warehouse area is divided into three fire-proof zones, and the conveyor line is connected to the two production plants to meet the fully automatic conveyance process for the supply of empty pallets and the warehousing of finished products;

3. Design two pallets of different sizes to share a conveyor line to improve system compatibility. After the delivery is completed, the pallets are automatically collected to reduce manual labor.
