Our racking factory implements a rigorous multi-stage quality control system to ensure superior performance and durability of our products. Each stage of production, from raw material inspection to final packaging, is subject to rigorous quality verification.
Raw materials, typically cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, are selected for durability and cost-effectiveness. Sheets, tubes, or coils are cut into required dimensions using laser cutting machines or hydraulic shears for precision.
CNC punching machines create precise holes in uprights, beams, and panels for assembly and adjustability. Hole patterns (round, square, or slot-shaped) are programmed based on design specifications.
Components like beams, uprights, and brackets are shaped through stamping, bending, or roll-forming machines. Critical joints and connection points are reinforced to handle weight distribution.
Stamping: High-speed presses shape metal sheets into standardized parts. CNC machining: For threaded rods or custom connectors.
Parts are assembled using MIG/TIG welding or spot welding techniques. Automated robotic welders ensure consistent quality for high-volume production.
Pre-treatment: Components undergo degreasing, phosphating, or sandblasting to remove impurities. Coating: Electrostatic powder coating or liquid painting is applied for corrosion resistance and aesthetics. Curing: Coated parts are baked in ovens to harden the finish.
