This warehouse covers an area of 500 square meters, with a storage area height of 13 meters, 168 cargo spaces, a unit load of 3000kg, 8000×1000×1000mm (length×width×height)

Core equipment: 2 ultra-wide stackers, heavy-duty conveyor

Inbound and outbound efficiency: Inbound efficiency: 40 pallets/hour, outbound efficiency: 40 pallets/hour

Project results:

1. The cargo size is unusual, so we customized a nearly 10-meter-long super-large turntable, a special conveyor trolley, and a stacker with an extra-wide cargo platform;

2. Pioneering use of profiles to make beams, including the use of customized column rolling processes and specialized shelf connection methods, to solve shelf load-bearing problems;

3. Adopt a full range of safety protection technologies and devices to match the special industry safety standards of the automotive industry;

4. After the system is launched, it can solve the problems of manual searching, lifting, transporting and picking in the cargo pile. The inventory status is updated in real time, and it can be connected to other information systems of customers to help with reasonable production scheduling and capacity optimization.
