Pallet-intensive storage solution can dispatch storage equipment quickly and accurately according to the instructions issued by the upper computer, and complete the automatic access management of multi-level inventory goods. The height of the system is usually designed to be 5-30m. Stacker+Radio Shuttle Solution

The stacker transports the shuttle to the designated position of the tunnel, and the shuttle completes the cargo access operation.This solution can increase the tunnel depth, reduce the input of stacker,realize dense storage,and increase the utilization rate of warehouse by more than 30%. The operation mode is flexible, and the investment cost is less than that of ASRS storage solution.

Mother&Child Shuttle Solution

WMS/WCS system can realize automatic control of child shuttles, mother shuttles,lifters conveyors and other equipment, which can realize FIFO, and is a reliable choice for automatic storage of batch pallets. This solution has low requirements for warehouse building pattern, floor height, load capacity, flexible layout combination,and can realize discontinuous floor and multi-area layout.

Four Way Shuttle Solution

The four way shuttle solution consists of intensive racks, four way shuttle, lifters, conveyor lines, WMS, WCS and RCS, etc. Through the four way entry shuttle, the goods can be picked and transported flexibly around the racks. The four way entry shuttle solution has the advantages of flexibility and intelligent scheduling. The four way entry shuttle can reach any position in the vertical warehouse, and it is not limited by space, so as to realize cross-roadway and cross-layer cargo transportation.
