Pallet stacker ASRS solution takes palletizing goods as access unit,stacker as access equipment, through the coordination of associated equipment,to achieve the functions such as automatic goods receiving, palletization, inbound, outbound, picking, inventory, counting, delivery, inventory statistics and report generation, etc., under the control of computer.

ASRS is usually 10-40m high,less than 5 tons weight,which can make full use of storage space and possess high speed delivery capability. Each stacker capability can reach 40-60 trays/hour. It's the most widely used storage method. According to operation requirements, the stacker can be designed to be linear type/turning type/crossed type, or equipped with single deep/double deep stretch fork, to achieve the double improvement on efficiency and cost performance.
